We are looking for a Creative Project Coordinator reporting to our Chief of Staff to the CMO to support day-to-day traffic management for Performance Marketing creative development projects spanning Email, Display, Site and Print.


What You Will Do:


  • Support Performance Marketing Creative Project Managers on day-to-day management of project timelines, achievements and deliverables for all Email, Display, Site and Print projects.
  • Coordinate key meetings for throughout the Creative Development process for Performance Marketing projects, including kick-offs, creative reviews, feedback solicitation / consolidation and hand-offs to production.
  • Lead weekly Marketing Leadership Team creative review sessions, including agenda-setting, information-gathering, and note-taking.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing Creative Project Managers on documentation and ongoing optimization of creative development processes.
  • Own creative trainings and creative standard methodologies' documentation for Performance Marketing channels.
  • Partner with Creative Resource Manager on creative resource assignments for Performance Marketing channels as-needed, as well as overall capacity planning / tracking. Your Qualifications: As we continue to scale, we are looking for an expert Creative Resource Management professional with a passion for process and creative excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • 1 year of experience in project management at an agency or in-house at a global brand preferred.
  • Track record of detailed, highly organized coordination of a high volume of projects.
  • Experience working with creative and / or marketing teams; clear understanding of creative and go-to-market processes and Project Management’s role within them.
  • Technology software savvy; familiar with or able to easily pick up on communication and project management tools such as Slack, Outlook, AirTable, JIRA and Figma.
