Our Team

The Large Format team is a key part of our manufacturing facility, focusing on the specialized printing and finishing of a wide range of products. We are a technically skilled and collaborative group dedicated to ensuring our machines run efficiently to produce high-quality, customized items for our customers.

What You Will Do

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on our printing machines to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot first-line malfunctions and resolve technical issues based on established error lists.

• Verify the quality of maintenance work performed by others, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

• Test new improvements and updates, helping to optimize our production processes.

• Train and instruct new team members and colleagues on machine operation, maintenance, and adjustments.

• Actively contribute to our safety & health program, ensuring safety is a top priority in all daily activities.

• Collaborate closely with other Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless production.

• Do you have a technical background or hands-on experience working with machines?

• Are you able to work in a 4-shift system?

• Are you willing to complete relevant certifications such as NEN3140, VOP, and machine-specific training?

Nice to Have

• Experience with machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• A strong eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.

• Proven ability to work well in a team and train others.
