What You Will Do:

  • In this impactful role, you own the HR function for Vista’s entity in Venlo, Netherlands. This includes 650+ Manufacturing team members (both permanent and contingent team members), as well as 50+ team members in other functions across Vista.
  • With your local team and in partnership with global centers of HR expertise you ensure the delivery of HR excellence across all facets of HR: Business Partnership, Employee Relations, and Employment Law, Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Learning & Development.
  • With a strong focus on Manufacturing, you ensure that the needs of this workforce are considered throughout all business activities.
  • As a key member of and sparring partner to the local leadership team, you develop and execute data-driven HR strategies to ensure the achievement of key business objectives.
  • As part of our continuous listening strategy, you facilitate an ongoing dialogue with the Manufacturing workforce in Venlo, monitor engagement levels and derive measures to continuously increase employee engagement.
  • You will ensure a strong and productive relationship with the local works council.
  • As a servant leader, you will lead, develop, and grow a local team of currently 7 HR Professionals with diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise.
  • You will continuously work towards establishing and safeguarding the company as employer of choice for Manufacturing talent.
  • As the HR Country Lead for the Netherlands, you will partner with various members of the global HR team to ensure country level compliance of global HR practices.
  • You will be responsible to build a network and create synergies with other Cimpress HR leaders.

  • As a seasoned HR Professional, you bring several years of experience across a broad range of HR functions to the table.
  • You feel right at home in a Manufacturing environment and possess a nuanced understanding of the needs of this workforce.
  • You have knowledge of EU employment law better if Dutch specific and are experienced in collaborating with worker representation committees.
  • As an experienced leader you bring servant leadership to life and understand that your success is measured in your team members’ growth.
  • You enjoy working in international organizations and possess the mindset it takes to successfully collaborate across locations and cultures.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, are energized by changes, and have a structured working style that allows you to successfully juggle multiple priorities.
  • You enjoy both adopting a strategic, big-picture-view as well as demonstrating execution excellence in details.
  • An academic degree in business administration, psychology, or a related field serves as a foundation for this versatile role.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both in English and in Dutch – complete your profile. Alternatively, you’re willing to quickly reach proficiency in Dutch.
