Our Team
Our Supply Chain and Logistics team is responsible for monitoring and controlling the accuracy of master data and continuously improving our warehouse management systems.
We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP professional to bridge the gap between our warehouse operations and system excellence. In this role, you will move beyond basic support to drive Logistics Excellence, ensuring our SAP environment is optimized for high-performance inventory flow and production supply.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the SAP Support Specialist focuses on maintaining SAP accuracy, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring seamless production flow through rigorous process design and inventory control.
What You Will Do
SAP System & Master Data Governance

Data Integrity: Serve as the primary custodian for SAP Master Data (WM/EWM), ensuring all material parameters, storage strategies, and replenishment cycles are accurate.

System Design: Maintain and configure warehouse structures, including storage types, bin layouts, and coordinate mapping to reflect the physical floor.

JIT/Kanban Management: Optimize system settings for Just-in-Time and Kanban processes to ensure 100% availability for production lines.
Logistics Process Optimization

Workflow Analysis: Periodically review warehouse workflows (picking, put-away, and internal movements) to identify and eliminate systemic bottlenecks.

Process Standardization: Define and document "Best Practice" SOPs for SAP transactions to ensure all users are interacting with the system consistently.

System Testing: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates or new features, ensuring changes improve efficiency without disrupting live operations.
Inventory Accuracy & Investigation

Discrepancy Analysis: While you will not perform physical counts, you will analyze the results from the cycle counting team to perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Systemic Fixes: Identify if discrepancies are caused by human error, system bugs, or flawed logic, and implement permanent corrective actions in SAP.

Performance Reporting: Track and report on Inventory Accuracy KPIs and operational anomalies, providing actionable insights to the Logistics Manager.
Leadership & Support

Expert Support: Act as the first-point-of-contact for all SAP-related incidents, resolving user issues or escalating complex bugs to Global IT.

Training & Coaching: Conduct training sessions for warehouse staff to improve system literacy and reduce data entry errors.

Collaboration: Partner with Quality, IT, and Supply Chain teams to coordinate process audits and ensure the warehouse supports broader facility goals.
Your Qualifications

Experience: 4–5 years in a technical Logistics or SAP Support role.

Education: MBO+/HBO level or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Information Systems.

Technical: Solid knowledge of SAP (WM or EWM). Ability to use data (Excel/BI) to create "Logistics Excellence" dashboards.

Attitude: You are a problem-solver who asks "Why did this error happen?" rather than just "How do I fix it?"
