Production Supervisor

Our Team

We are looking for a Production Supervisor, in a 4-shift pattern! This roles are crucial for leading and inspiring our production team to achieve our goals and maintain a high-performance work environment. You will work closely with other supervisors to ensure we meet our targets in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

What You Will Do

• Lead, manage, and coordinate the daily production on your shift, including planning team schedules and breaks.

• Ensure we meet all key performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, and productivity.

• Train and develop your team members, providing performance reviews and feedback.

• Work with the Operations Manager to support HR strategies, including interviewing new team members.

• Identify and solve any issues in the production process (quality, planning, machine problems).

• Conduct shift meetings and handovers to ensure smooth communication and a consistent workflow.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, making sure all procedures and standards are followed.

• Support continuous improvement projects and activities to help our team and facility grow.

• Good leadership and team building skills. Inspirational qualities and the ability to create  an atmosphere in which people work together enthusiastically and co-operatively to  produce outstanding results. 

• People manager and leader who delivers results through people and no problem working  in shifts. 

• Results oriented and delivery focused and continuous improvement mind-set. 

• Initiative to grow and develop the teams and the production facility and superior organizational and problem solving skills. 

• Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English, both written and spoken 

Nice to Have

• A degree or certification in a technical or business field (MBO+ level).

• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

• Experience in Operations Management and understanding of lean manufacturing.
