Procurement Accountmanager

Our Team Join the dynamic Supply Chain – Purchasing team at VistaPrint Venlo, where you will be instrumental in securing the resources that power our production. We are the strategic backbone, driving down Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and building robust, sustainable supplier relationships to ensure our continuous innovation and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

• Drive Strategic Sourcing: Lead the tactical and strategic procurement of materials (OPEX) and machinery (CAPEX) to achieve the best quality, price, and delivery (TCO).

• Master Contract Management: Initiate tenders, evaluate quotes, negotiate high-value international contracts, and manage the full supplier lifecycle from selection to performance review.

• Lead Improvement Initiatives: Initiate and execute cost reduction programs, implement lean inventory strategies (Kanban, VMI), and drive continuous process improvements across the supply chain.

• Be a Project Partner: Act as the procurement expert within multidisciplinary global and local project teams (NP/CI), ensuring commercial success and timely delivery.

• Cultivate Key Relationships: Serve as the commercial face of Vistaprint, managing and optimizing relationships with a diverse portfolio of international suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain extreme accuracy in specifications, negotiations, and contracting to safeguard production schedules and company profitability.

• Do you hold a Bachelor's degree (HBO level) or equivalent experience, specifically related to procurement or supply chain management?

• Do you possess relevant formal procurement or negotiation qualifications (e.g., NEVI I/II or equivalent)?

• Do you have proven experience (3+ years preferred) managing end-to-end purchasing processes, contract negotiation, and strategic supplier optimization?

• Are you fluent in English and capable of navigating complex, international negotiations and communication with tact and professionalism?

• Can you autonomously set priorities and approach problem-solving with high creativity and inventiveness to secure favorable agreements?

Nice to Have

• Direct experience with SAP procurement modules.

• Knowledge of inventory management models such as VMI or Kanban.

• Experience in leading cross-functional procurement projects, especially for CAPEX/facility needs.
