What will you do?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you provide technical support and drive process and product improvements. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global colleagues to optimize workflows, solve production challenges, and introduce innovations.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting and improving manufacturing processes and systems

• Working closely with production teams to identify and resolve issues

• Leading or contributing to improvement and innovation projects

• Collaborating with suppliers and global teams on technical solutions

• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and reports

• Ensuring that new products or processes are implemented successfully

• Advising stakeholders and supporting data-driven decision-making

Who are we looking for?
A proactive and analytical thinker who is passionate about continuous improvement and collaboration. You combine a technical background with strong communication skills and are comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field

• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (experience in promotional products/apparel is a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English

• Comfortable working with international teams and suppliers

• Willing to travel occasionally within Europe and globally
