Maintenance Technician (hightech)

Our Team

You will become part of our Maintenance team—the 'silent heroes' who keep our advanced, high-tech production line running smoothly. You will work alongside a Manager, Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, and 19 Maintenance Technicians in a clean, dry environment in Venlo.

What will you do?

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the continuous operation of our production processes.

• Independently analyze and resolve complex electrical (E) and mechanical (M) malfunctions within our modern machinery.
  
  

• Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
  

• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
  
  

• Accurately maintain technical documentation and records.
  
  

• Collaborate with suppliers and your own team to solve technical challenges.
  
  

Who are you?

• You hold a technical degree (MBO/HBO) and have relevant work experience as a maintenance or breakdown technician.
  
  

• You have broad knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on the electrical side.
  
  

• You are willing to work in a 4-shift rotation.
  
  

Pluses:

• Experience with NEN 3140 and a willingness to become a NEN 3140 "Responsible Person" (Werkverantwoordelijke).
  
  

• Fluency in German (in addition to Dutch/English).
  
  

• A strong drive for continuous improvement.
