Our Logistics team is the operational backbone of the facility, driving the seamless and timely flow of materials from inbound receipt to our production lines. Reporting directly to the Logistics Operations Manager, you will be the expert responsible for enforcing governance and optimizing processes. We champion continuous improvement, utilizing data to ensure adherence to our facility's strategic objectives.
What You Will Do
The Facility Logistics Specialist is the operational expert responsible for logistics and warehouse governance throughout the facility. Your core mission will be to ensure smooth coordination of logistics processes, acting as the key link between shopfloor teams, Supervisors, and management. Your key responsibilities include:

Optimize Warehouse Utilization and enforce strict governance policies to maximize capacity, ensure safety, compliance, and inventory integrity.

Define, track, and ensure strict adherence to Internal Logistics SLAs, focusing heavily on Kanban and Just-in-Time (JIT) principles for production supply.

Act as the main point of contact and lead for change management and the successful rollout of new logistics processes, storage solutions, and material flow changes.

Manage and coordinate escalations promptly by liaising across departments, including Production, Quality, and Maintenance, to resolve logistics and warehouse disruptions.

Establish, monitor, and drive Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) related to facility logistics efficiency and overall supply chain performance.

Coordinate daily operational logistics activities, covering inbound goods receipt, material issue to production, storage management, and outbound truck loading.

Utilize ERP/WMS tools to manage transactions, track movements, and report operational status and performance metrics to Management.

Collaborate continuously with Engineering (for new equipment logistics integration) and the Facility team (for warehouse space and equipment matters).

To deliver effectively in this role, you must have:

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated operational logistics, warehouse, or supply chain governance role.

Proven ability to define, implement, and measure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and strict adherence to Kanban and Just-in-Time (JIT) methodologies.

Proficiency in using and managing material flow transactions within ERP and/or EWMS systems.

Demonstrated experience in autonomously leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing escalation/change projects.

Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and performance reporting against defined OKRs.
Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

Certification or practical experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles.

Experience with advanced data analytics tools to visualize capacity utilization and SLA compliance.

Experience in a high-volume, dynamic manufacturing or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
