What You Will Do:

As part of our Organic Search team, you will act as a central point of contact for our European markets helping to coordinate SEO projects and deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance across markets, consolidate data from various sources, and transform it into clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.
• Insights & Strategy: Identify growth opportunities and performance improvements through data analysis, competitive research, and market trends.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with EU Marketing and local market teams to ensure strategies and goals are aligned, providing clear recommendations backed by data.
• Project Coordination: lead ongoing initiatives across the Organic Search /EU teams, helping manage priorities, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Technical & Compatibility Support: Leverage your technical background to assist with analytics, site performance, and compatibility projects, ensuring innovation and smooth implementation across markets

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or project coordination (SEO experience a strong plus).
• Fluent in English (any European language is nice to have).
• Experience working in-house or at an agency, preferably in a multi-market environment.
• Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Data Studio/Looker, and Excel/Sheets; familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword Planner) is plus.
• Self-Starter with the ability to quickly learn, influence others and drive change .
• Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated project management and account management skills, with experience driving alignment across cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multilingual SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical SEO experience and/or Interest in AI/ Generative Engines.
