This Quality Specialist position is for a detail-oriented problem solver. Your primary focus will be on quality for all of our product categories (e.g. Business Cards, Consumer, Marketing Materials, Packaging & Stationary, Signage). The ideal candidate must have a logical and entrepreneurial mindset who can multi-task and think outside of the box.

What you’ll do all day:

• Collaborate with manufacturing, our Global CARE team, and product category team to address quality issues impacting customers, identifying root cause of complaint rate. Quantify and suggest actions.
• Participate in quality review for new product introductions. Includes creating samples, gathering feedback, and insights from customers.

• Is autonomous – Is curious and has demonstrated interest in constantly learning to be able to operate on their own.
• Is analytical - Has experience interpreting large sets of data.
• Drives Change – Has a customer mindset and comfortable presenting solutions to stakeholders.
• Is into the details - Has a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in product or merchandising operations.
• Strong skills in Excel are required.
• Strong Illustrator and Design skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Custom print product experience is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile project management environment is a strong plus.
