Your role will involve:


  • Managing the operational relationship with our third-party plants and our own plants, worldwide (US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand)
  • Monitor the operational health of the orders placed by the customers, which includes lateness, orders rejections, customer complaints and production capacity usage.
  • Be an active mind improving the operational process from Customers to third party plants and our own plants, defining operational guidelines.
  • Generate weekly reports account for major achievements and misses in the operational space
  • Define and improve metrics that allow to better monitor the health of our operations and partners
  • Meet regularly with our partners (third party plant) to review and improve operational metrics and co-create solutions that improve the metrics.
  • Participate in the identification of the required tech tooling, and define its evolution, that supports the operational processes.
