What You Will Do

• As part of our Organic Search team, you will work with our Promotional Products, Apparel and Consumer business lines to provide consistent SEO support across multiple markets.
• Provide SEO recommendations and advocate on best practices through keyword research, internal linking, competitive insights and analysis.
• Monitor SEO performance for our top pages and products to identify opportunities and improvements across priority markets.
• Generate reports and insights based on key SEO metrics and KPIs.
• Routinely meet with and partner with key stakeholders to align on priorities, strategies and goals through SEO impact.
• Support our Connections team with a variety of link earning tasks with the goal of improving the authority of our sites.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 1-3 years of experience in SEO working in-house or at an agency
• Fluent in English (French or German is nice to have)
• Self-Starter with the ability to quickly learn, influence others and lead change
• Data driven and analytical mentality with high attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with SEO Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and Ahrefs or SEMRush.
• Experience working remotely
• Knowledge of Technical SEO
