Production Designer - Tunis, Remote

Our Team

Vista’s Corporate Solutions team aims to help businesses portray a consistent brand image via design and brand-management capabilities. As a member of the VCS Team, the Production Designer will be responsible for the implementation aspects of on-boarding partners, building, maintaining and refreshing their portals. Successful candidates will solicit information and artwork from partners, work with them to rollout/refresh their solutions through a co-branded portal and provide ongoing revision support.

What You Will Do

• Learn and master core VCS tools, including Salesforce, ProShop, and VCS Studio.
• Manage ProShop portals by building, refreshing, and maintaining partner experiences.
• Create and revise templates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
• Support partners with advanced customizations to their designs, branding, and product templates.
• Recreate, resize, and prepare designs for production using prepress best practices.
• Create tiles, marquees, and other customer-facing assets that enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams to deliver precise and timely design outputs.
• Assist VCS representatives on partner calls to streamline request intake and ensure design accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous program improvement through knowledge sharing and process insights.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Experience in graphic design, photo imaging, and vector-based design.
• Creative thinking with the ability to propose fresh, innovative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for identifying issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work during different shifts.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of prepress production processes and print requirements.
• Experience working in an eCommerce or print-on-demand environment.
• Familiarity with brand management systems or design automation.
• Experience with UI/UX principles when creating digital assets.
• Prior exposure to Salesforce, Jira, or other workflow tools.
• Ability to create motion graphics or animated assets.
