Our Team

Vista is seeking a talented, energetic designer to work in our creative production studio team. This designer produces animated and static assets in a variety of languages, styles and sizes to be used in our marketing channels (Online Display, Email and Site). The ideal candidate will have experience in a collaborative, fast-paced and deadline-driven graphic design atmosphere.

What You Will Do

• Make design modifications using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) for both static and animated creatives.
• Execute design updates, expansions, and revisions based on existing designs, while elevating them within the original concept.
• Strong attention to detail when applying product guidelines and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and design trends.
• Responsible for adhering to established processes (reviews, buddy checks, etc.).
• Effectively incorporate art direction and constructive feedback into positive learning experiences and customer experiences.
• Provide support to graphic designers and art directors.
• Maintain a balance of quality and efficiency in individual deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with local and international teams

Your Qualification

• A Portfolio demonstrating Animation, typography, layout, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in receiving and applying feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills across multiple departments and locations.
• Desire and ability to learn additional design technologies and applications
