This Product Operations Specialist position is for a detail-oriented problem solver with good data manipulation skills. Your primary focus will be on a specific product Line of Business (e.g. Business Cards, Consumer, Marketing Materials, Packaging & Stationary, Signage). The ideal candidate must have experience with data entry, has a logical and entrepreneurial mindset who can multi-task and think outside of the box to improve and automate operational processes.

 

What you’ll do all day:

  • Data entry in our web-based services to set-up products on the Vistaprint website
  • Setup and maintain product configurations including sku creation, scene linking, gallery configuration, and managing equivalency to other products
  • Support the product integration from third-party fulfillers
  • Collaborate with third-party fulfillers, our Global CARE team, and our Technology team to address order issues impacting customers; including late orders, product quality, artwork issues, system bugs
  • Remediate product related issues
  • Participate in the process improvement for new product introductions

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is autonomous – Is curious and has demonstrated interest in constantly learning to be able to operate autonomously.
  • Is logical and data savvy - has experience operating with various integrated web-services and large sets of data.
  • Drives Change – Has an attitude to go beyond the technical requirements and think about ways to improve processes.
  • Is into the details - Has a strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in product, technology or merchandising operations involving data entry on web-based tools.
  • Experience working in an agile project management environment is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required. SQL knowledge and familiarity with APIs/JSON is a plus.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
