Pricing Specialist - Tunis, Remote

Job Summary 
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our PPAG (Promotional Products, Apparel & Gifts) team to support the implementation of our pricing strategy. You will be working with a broad range of stakeholders, including industry experts, to support the growth of a critical product category by building and rolling out price recommendations with direct business impact.

As a PPAG Pricing Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to:
Develop strong PPAG products & regional market expertise;
Implement regional PPAG pricing strategy;
Provides support based on category need (i.e, ad-hoc performance analysis);
Collaborates with Promo & Pricing partners to ensure the product's effective price strategy is aligned and regional strategies complement each other;

What you will do
Support the pricing process of New Product Introduction;
Design and manage a broad set of pricing logic rules;
Familiarize yourself with pricing/promo methodologies and supporting models to determine optimal prices/discounts for PPAG.
Implement our PPAG Pricing Strategy by building, discussing, testing, and rolling out bulk pricing optimization incorporating competitive data insights;
Track price change effect, measure the success of the hypotheses, and report the impact of price action;
Support the promo recommendation process with our local promo and marketing partners;
Work on pricing/promotional competitive landscape;
The role will receive direct support/mentorship of the PPAG Strategy Lead as needed.

Your Qualifications 
Degree in Science, technology, engineering, business, finance or mathematics/statistics;
Proficiency in Python & SQL is highly desired;
Ability to handle large volumes of data, both structured/unstructured & of various qualities;
Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders;
An experience in pricing is a plus, as is an experience in the promotional product industry;
