Preview Experience Specialist

Our Team

Vista is seeking a dedicated and creative Preview Experience Specialist to join its Preview Experience team to drive the production of high-quality photography assets and preview rendering projects. In this role, the specialist defines and completes how a customer’s design looks on a product throughout the Vistaprint website, email, and Shopping Ads. 

The Preview Experience Team plays a pivotal role in driving the personalization of our products, ensuring a memorable and tailored experience for our customers. We collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technology, product marketing, project management, and creative functions.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end product preview lifecycle from conceptualisation through launch, ensuring achievements are met on schedule.

• Exercise strong individual autonomy and accountability in leading projects, decisions, and deliverables.

• Map site flows for new products and determine optimal preview technology by placement and use case.

• Scope projects, define requirements, and align cross-functional stakeholders.

• Create and edit product imagery in Photoshop; build previews using internal tools.

• Maintain and organize digital assets in the DAM according to guidelines; conduct photo research as needed.

• Partner with Product Categories, Technology, Marketing, Design, and Project Management to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

• Lead quality control to ensure previews meet brand and technical standards.

• Monitor timelines, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively implement solutions.

• Document preview processes, standards, and guidelines.

• Communicate project status, remove blockers, and lead handoffs across teams.

• Support new technology initiatives and customer experience enhancements impacting previews; define and ensure asset requirements are met.

• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and delivery speed.

• Participate in pilots and experimentation to optimize workflows and tools.

• Conduct user testing; analyze results and implement data-driven improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site and off-site technical issues.

• Champion a customer-first mentality in all decisions and deliverables.

Your Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with customer facing photography and/or design.

• Proficient Photoshop experience (tools, layer structure, masking, smart objects).

• Asset management experience.

• Experience in project management or a related role.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Has a strong attention to detail and consistently ensures high-quality outcomes. 

Nice to Have

• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.

• Proficiency in project management tools and software (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Google).

• Experience operating with various integrated web-services and large sets of data.

• Experience in an Agile practice, rituals and Kanban boards 

• Experience with AI or Photoshop AI methodologies
