At Vista, we believe best-in-class Creative Production is critical to maximizing our Marketing and Creative team’s output and impact. We are looking for a Creative Production Coordinator reporting into our Senior Producer to support creative production needs for the cross-functional Brand Marketing content.

What You Will Do

• Assisting the photographer

• Preparation of the shoot (Steam/ iron the products, …)
• Checking if the physical products are compliant to the delivery form
• Selection of the props
• Booking props: ask for delivery /return from the warehouse
• Assisting the photographer during the shoot: studio set Up /styling)
• Identifying products during the shoot (Script the shoot)
• Responsible for studio organization/equipment
• Responsible for equipment inventory  
• During the shoot (lifestyle): the photography assistant will work on tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Photographer: such as logistics (taxis, transportations, equipment, products…and all tasks related to the production)
• Contributing to reviewing briefs with the photographer /Supervisor
• Dealing with Jira board
• Prepare the key words and naming to the photographer
• Uploading images on the OTMM
• Uploading the image into Box
• Basic photography: shooting basic images (Tier4, Tier6) cropping, colour correcting, silhouetting and using other techniques of photo manipulation

Your Qualifications

• Experience in photography and related fields

•  Basic knowledge in Photoshop/lightroom
•  Good sense of detail
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit; does not mind unstructured and sometimes unpredictable environments
• Basic level in English speaking and writing
