Our Team
Join our dynamic BuildASign team, a leading online provider of canvas wall décor, signage, and other large format products. We are dedicated to making it easy and affordable for people to share their messages and tell their stories through custom and personalized products. You will collaborate closely with our Controller, an external NetSuite Consultant, and our current NetSuite Analyst to deliver efficient and impactful system solutions.
What You Will Do

You will manage all requests related to our various accounting software platforms, including NetSuite, Salesforce, QlikSense, Avalara, NOP Commerce, and our home-grown legacy system.

You will oversee item SKU management, which involves the creation, mapping, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of SKUs.

You will serve as the primary go-to person for NetSuite, providing essential technical and functional system support to different departments.

You will conduct comprehensive testing on any new product, process, or functional initiatives, perform systematic validation, and seamlessly deploy the solutions.

You will create and update detailed reports and saved searches, while also assisting the broader team in data analysis.

You will lead requirement-gathering sessions with users to determine effective solutions and accurately translate their business needs into clear system requirements.

You will handle day-to-day administrator responsibilities, such as provisioning new user access, troubleshooting permissions, managing roles, and creating audit reports.

You have 5 or more years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite, specifically in administering, implementing, consulting, or developing.

You possess a working knowledge of general NetSuite functionality, including CSV imports, saved searches, SuiteBuilder, and web services.

You are highly proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel.

You demonstrate a solid, measurable understanding of systems, tables, and databases.
Nice to Have

A Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Management Systems, Computer Science, or Accounting.

Programming experience utilizing SuiteScript, Javascript, SQL, or other relevant programming languages.

Prior accounting experience and an understanding of GAAP principles.
