As a designer at BuildASign, you will be part of a dynamic creative team that fuels our mission to empower individuals and businesses to share their stories through custom-printed products. We are a leading online custom printing provider operating BuildASign.com, EasyCanvasPrints.com, and Alliedshirts.com. Our work spans a wide range of custom products, including signs, banners, flags, magnets, apparel, and home decor. We are seeking a technical, efficiency-focused Graphic Designer to support a large-scale template and product visualization. This role is distinct from a traditional creative design position. The primary focus is the rapid design and adaptation of sign templates across multiple formats. The successful candidate will be a problem solver who excels at technical layout execution, workflow optimization, and high-volume output.

What You Will Do

• Execute high volumes of design adaptations, resizing and reformatting sign templates to fit various aspect ratios while maintaining visual consistency.
• Utilize keyboard shortcuts, actions, and software tools to maximize speed and output during repetitive tasks.
• Resolve layout challenges when adapting designs to difficult sizes or formats without compromising design integrity.
• Pivot between template production and other creative projects, including product visualization, designer scenes, and product images.
• Maintain strict file organization, naming conventions, and layer structures to ensure scalability.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain focus and accuracy during long periods of repetitive, detailed work.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, production art, or pre-press.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop with a demonstrated ability to work quickly.
• Proficiency in Figma for layout and template management.
• Proficiency with AI productivity and generative tools.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D tools (Blender or similar) for product rendering.
• Experience creating product mockups or composite imagery.
• Knowledge of scripting or automation within design software.
• Experience with product compositing and digital asset creation.
• Understanding of Branding, Layout, Typography, and Design Best Practices.
