Your role will involve:


The Team Lead CARE Operations at Vista provides leadership to a diversified team of customer service professionals, thus putting them in a position to continuously deliver first-class service to Vista’s customers. You drive the continuous development of your team into a high performing team and are your team members’ trusted partner in stimulating their personal professional development.


  • Ensuring all team members create real value for our customers and pursue our ambitious customer service philosophy
  • Supporting your team members’ development through regular feedback, mentoring and coaching as well as regular team-based exchange sessions
  • Creating a working environment that emphasizes accountability, mutual support, commitment and engagement
  • Creating transparency around and enthusiasm for company strategy, mission and goals and organizational changes related to these 
  • Partnering closely with departments such as Workforce Management, Human Resources and Learning to ensure your team’s efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assuming disciplinary responsibility for your team including decisions around, e.g. contract extensions and probationary periods
