Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised, insight-driven project leader to support strategic initiatives across our content efforts. In this role, you’ll bring structure to complex projects and use data to guide smart, impactful content decisions. If you’re equal parts planner and strategist — and excited to shape how we connect with our audiences — we want to hear from you!

1. Project & Program Management

  • Own and assist in the end-to-end management of content-related projects and initiatives — from scoping and kickoff through execution and post-mortem.

  • Create and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and deliverables using tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Proactively identify risks, blockers, and bottlenecks, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

  • Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings (kickoffs, status updates, retrospectives) to keep projects aligned and on track.

 2. Workflow & Process Optimization

  • Design, document, and continually improve content production workflows to ensure efficiency, repeatability, and quality.

  • Coordinate with content writers, designers, training, product teams and engineering to streamline handoffs, reviews, and publishing.

  • Implement and enforce SLAs, templates, and content intake processes to reduce friction and increase output.

3. Systems & Tools Management

  • Administer and optimize content operations tools (CMS, DAM, project trackers, automation platforms).

  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to integrate and maintain systems that support scalable content production.

  • Has experience in HTML, Salesforce, Contentful, Confluence, JIRA, and Google Suite.

4. Governance & Quality Control

  • Ensure content meets style, brand, SEO, accessibility, and compliance standards across all platforms.

  • Maintain clear naming conventions, metadata tagging, taxonomy, and version control protocols.

  • Support audit and cleanup initiatives, helping keep content ecosystems organized and efficient.

5. Content Lifecycle & Asset Management

  • Oversee content inventory, ensuring assets are up-to-date, properly stored, and easily accessible.

  • Coordinate archiving, refresh, and sunsetting efforts as part of content lifecycle management.

  • Enable reuse and repurposing of content across channels and regions.

6. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Help develop dashboards and reports to track key content KPIs: production volume, publishing velocity, turnaround time, engagement, and content health.

  • Analyze workflows and content performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, or growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams to measure ROI and inform continuous improvement strategies.

 7. Content Strategy Execution Support

  • Translate strategic content goals into executable operational plans and workflows.

  • Help prioritize content initiatives based on strategic value, capacity, and business needs.

  • Provide insight into which content types or formats are working best, and recommend areas of focus or improvement.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in knowledge/content management

  • 2+ years in project management, content strategy or a related role.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders across teams.

  • Comfortable using data to guide decisions (e.g. content analytics tools, dashboards, Excel/Sheets).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Confluence and JIRA.

  • Experience with content audits, HTML writing, or information architecture.
