About The Role

As a Sr. Pricing & Promotions Specialist, you will be supporting the team by executing our pricing strategies in Australian, New Zealand and Singapore markets. Overall, you will collaborate with Lines of Business leads (product category or market based) and Marketing team members to ensure the correct execution of our pricing strategy.  Once the transformation is executed, you will be developing and testing your pricing hypotheses from ideation to execution, in conjunction with both the Lines of Business leads and the Central Pricing team.

What you’ll do all day:

  • Developing a deep understanding of Vistaprint pricing methodologies and supporting models to determine the optimal List Prices and promotions
  • Defining and implementing pricing strategies for a broad range of products.  This includes identifying an opportunity, creating a hypothesis, building impact assessments, getting buy-in on the pricing recommendation and implementing the changes on the site
  • Extensive collaboration with both core stakeholders across the business as well as with the Central Pricing & Promotions team
  • Creating, curating, and executing promotional offers in collaboration with business leads and marketing teams
  • Understanding competition and price elasticity of products and modeling scenarios to understand profitability impact of pricing changes
  • Support Central teams in development of pricing reporting and dashboards to enable data driven pricing decisions
  • Develop and capture key metrics and data to measure price adoption, utilisation, and proficiency
  • Maintain professional knowledge as current through research, participation in seminars, conferences etc. as required
  • Ensure continued development of professional skills and networks


What you will bring:

  • Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Mathematics, IS or related discipline
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills
  • Consultation and negotiation skills
  • Delivery of analytical initiatives
  • High level of mathematical proficiency
  • eCommerce business experience in Pricing or Merchandising function (desirable)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Experience using SQL and Dashboard Reporting tools desirable
