About The Role

We work hard to cultivate a winning catalogue of products that delight our customers and are seeking a Sourcing Specialist for our Promotional Products, Apparel, and Gifts Portfolio (PPAG), who will focus on supporting our overall product and fulfiller management process.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Account management of smaller size 3rd party fulfillers (e-commerce product fulfilers)
  • Build and maintain close partnerships with the self-service 3PF and support them on questions about the self-service tools (for NPI, Site, Pricing etc). 
  • Support strategy PPAG Assortment sourcing by collaborating on NPI ideation, prioritization, and quality review  
  • Single Point of Contact for PPAG Team & CARE agents about products and product information to enhance sales (like filter data etc)
  • Maintaining and updating companion product list
  • Set-up and maintain 3rd fulfiller > end customer sample order process 
  • Review Product set up on Vista sites regularly to ensure accurate products data is shown (eg missing images, out of stock if in stock, correct regional sizing etc), reducing order rejections based on incorrect information from X - Y
  • Work with internal Vista team and Fulfillers to prioritize and solve escalations
  • Maintain documentation of 3PF relationship management by driving the use of a tool to easily document all ongoing discussions, meetings, notes with 3PFs
  • Partner with your teammates to create scale and drive efficiency, both in your regional team as cross regional with your counterpart, to align on way of working.

  • 1-5 years of experience in detailed oriented data handling and general administrative work
  • Prior experience working with Fulfillers and account management preferred
  • The ability to adapt in a face-paced, constantly evolving environment and an excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in the promotional physical Products industry
  • Experience in the Apparel and Promotional product industry desirable
