Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Technology - Ontario Remote

A career in our Supply Chain and Operations function, within Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS), will provide you with the opportunity to help our internal partners improve the value of their SAP investment with offerings that address sales, finance, supply chain and engineering. We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our users including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest analytics and cloud solutions. As part of our supply chain and operations team, you'll work with our clients to transform their supply chain and operations by using SAP applications to optimize their flow of goods, information, and money quickly and securely.

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Senior SAP Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Supply Chain modules, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of building strong relationships with business partners. This role will be pivotal in driving the strategic alignment between IT and business objectives, ensuring that our SAP Supply Chain solutions are effectively implemented and optimized to support business needs!

What You Will Do: 
Lead SAP Supply Chain Initiatives:

• Supervise the implementation and optimization of SAP Supply Chain modules, including MM, IM, WM, EWM, and other relevant areas.
• Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business strategies, providing technical leadership and guidance throughout project lifecycles.
• Enable teams to achieve defined business outcomes using skills in SAP process design, configuration, development, integration, testing, deployment and SPA technical architecture.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for SAP Supply Chain-related matters, facilitating communication between IT and business teams.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple SAP Supply Chain projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other business systems.
• Accountable for the complete life cycle from business requirements definition through design, build, testing, training, end user acceptance and delivery of solution to production.
• Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.
• Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail. Anticipate partner needs, and proactively develop and discuss potential solutions.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules, staying ahead of the latest developments and best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Process Optimization:

• Find opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain, utilizing SAP capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business partners to design and implement innovative solutions that address evolving business needs.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify potential risks in SAP Supply Chain projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
   

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing related field or experience in Supply Chain management.
• Have 10+ years’ experience in managing and mentoring multiple teams to become great SAP Configurators, developers and future technology leaders.
• Experience driving the delivery of rich user experience through collaboration with multiple teams and senior leaders.
• Solid experience with SAP (especially Supply Chain Function) and its ecosystem (e.g. FIORI, SAC etc.)
• Consistent track record leading and growing multi-disciplinary engineering teams, and in identifying, developing, and retaining high-potential talent. 
• Demonstrated successful collaboration with diverse business, product, and technical teams. 
• Ability to jump in and help the team in Project Management when necessary.
   

Nice to Have: 

• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management Experience.
• Knowledge of new SAP technologies like FIORI, SAC, RPA, AI & ML.
• Understanding of logistics and shipping operations.
• Ability to manage vendors, consultants in addition to the Vista team.
