We are looking for a talented merchandising product owner to join our PPAG team and help drive growth in our category. As we expand our product line and grow our category, we need someone passionate about eCommerce that can help deliver a great shopping experience for our customers. We are looking for someone who can learn fast, develop points of view in a constantly evolving landscape and with the energy and passion to motivate teams and stakeholders!

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • You will be part of the PPAG team, acting as a Product Owner for merchandising to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • You will research the market, analyze customer and website performance data, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs in order to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Based on this knowledge, you will develop, execute, and report on merchandising strategies, bringing back your experience to iterate and build a best-in-class global experience.
  • Day-to-day, you will monitor the website and lead an autonomous merchandising squad, including members from web design, copy writers and operations, all working to bring strategies to life on the site
  • You will help the squad to ensure they have what they need to complete merchandising work, including removing any impediment and support the process to achieve flawless execution
  • You will create the right feedback loops and measures so we can constantly monitor whether we focus on the right priorities and are delivering in an efficient/optimal manner.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Communications, Business or Marketing, or related degrees
  • 4+ year experience working in an eCommerce and/or Merchandising related role
  • Consistent track record of partnering with cross functional teams
  • Experience working with Agile principles and methodologies a plus

  • Highly organized and process-oriented with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

  • Highly motivated and independent, capable of exceling in highly collaborative team environments
