What You Will Do: 

 

  • You will be a part of the CARE, Self-service Help product experience category with a focus on delivering CARE'S mission to partner and support our customers in every stage of their journey, however our customers want to engage with us.
     

  • You will be responsible for all self-help experiences on Vistaprint.com.  This includes self-service functionality that appears in many places throughout the site as well as our support center.
     

  • You will play a critical role in shaping and executing both near-term and long-term user experience strategies in partnership with your domain and category leadership.
     

  • Work on a cross-functional team Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, generate and validate design solutions, create vision prototypes as part of an empowered cross-functional team.
     

  • Act as a valuable partner within your team representing the UX lens, including brainstorming with collaborators around product and user problems, potential solutions, requirements and priorities.

 

  • Be an evangelist for user-centered design methods within your team, within the CARE domain and across Vista.
     

Your Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience designing sophisticated digital products, preferably in the B2B or B2C e-commerce space.

 

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions that had measurable positive impact for users and the business. 

 

  • Experience bringing to bear quantitative and qualitative data to inspire design decisions and solutions. 

 

  • Ability to move between high level design and detailed design, and between future concepting and near-term implementation. 

 

  • Highly skilledwith design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch to create high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI.

  • Ability to plan, moderate, and complete a variety of goal-oriented workshops across collaborators, leading to exciting new ideas, new-found consensus, and critical alignment.

  • Experience designing across responsible web and native mobile platforms, as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems.

  • Experience identifying and prioritizing features, as well as participating in complex roadmap planning.

  • Experience with content contributor- based experiences or customer support sites
