Senior Product Operations Specialist - US, Remote
US
Our Team
At VistaPrint, we help millions of small businesses market themselves with confidence and bring their creative visions to life. We’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Specialist to help our Product Experience (PX) teams operate more effectively and consistently as we scale.
Product Operations exists to enable empowered product teams to do their best work. We partner across Product Experience to strengthen the operating environment so teams can focus on solving customer problems and delivering meaningful outcomes. We do this by establishing consistent operating rhythms that support strong discovery and delivery, reduce friction, and increase organizational velocity. Great teams move fast because they have clarity, trust, strong collaboration, and lightweight mechanisms that scale. Product Operations helps create that foundation by improving how teams communicate, coordinate, and learn—without adding unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
What You Will Do
- Improve operational visibility into product teams' outcomes and progress. Help gather structured updates across multiple product teams to improve visibility into what is happening across the organization through lightweight views, such as our Product Experience Outcome-Based Roadmaps and other operational artifacts.
- Support operating rhythms and mechanisms. Enable consistent product progress communication practices, transforming information into a strategic force multiplier that aligns leadership, empowers teams, and magnifies our global impact.
- Ensure information is discoverable and reusable. Help reduce ad hoc requests and repeated follow-ups by synthesizing release information that our partners can rely on.
- Partner with other teams, such as Internal Comms, to ensure the content needed from teams is accurate and timely.
- Support continuous improvement. Track lightweight indicators of operational health (adoption, timeliness, stakeholder feedback), and translate learnings into improvements, ensuring we are continuously learning and improving.
This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, good at research and information synthesis, and motivated to make teams more effective through better systems and fewer meetings. This role will report to the Product Strategy & Operations Director.
Your Qualifications
At VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. No matter your background or work experience, we strongly encourage you to apply—even if you feel that you don’t meet the exact requirements or have the same qualifications. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) and 2+ years of work experience
- 2+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, project management, communications, or another related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, structured, and practical)
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong curiosity and the investigative and critical thinking skills needed to get to the root cause of your questions
- Passion for innovation, curiosity, and a growth mindset, with a relentless focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering customer value
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, ambiguous environment and drive positive change through innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience working with the Product Operating Model concepts, as well as agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira) is a plus
- Experience using collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, or similar)
