As the Senior Procurement Manager PPAG, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our Direct Sourced product assortment and delivering high-quality, competitively priced products aligned with our Product Marketing Strategy. You will drive strategic procurement initiatives, optimize supplier relationships, and support cross-functional teams across global supply chains.

This is a high-impact role that offers the opportunity to influence product innovation, drive sustainability, and shape the procurement strategy of a global e-commerce leader.

What You Will Do

• Expand our Direct Sourced assortment (hardgoods, bags & apparel): Introduce new, high-quality, and cost-effective products in line with Vista’s Product Marketing Strategy.

• Champion sustainability: Redefine the current Asia-sourced assortment with sustainable material alternatives wherever possible.

• Drive cost efficiency: Collaborate with other Cimpress Businesses to optimize supply chain efforts and reduce overall costs.

• Partnering in supplier negotiations: Driving negotiations with global suppliers to meet cost and performance targets, ensuring business continuity and cost-effectiveness.

• Support 3rd-party fulfillment negotiations: Act as Procurement support for the PPAG Souring team, responsible for our 3rd party fulfilment network.

• Contract management: Negotiate and oversee (new) supplier agreements in close collaboration with the Vista Legal team.

• Supply chain troubleshooting: Act as the go-to support for local supply chain teams in resolving critical issues related to quality, delivery, and compliance.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and marketing teams across a growing network of global facilities.

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors: Business, Economics.

• 7+ years of experience in procurement and category management (Apparel preferred) within multinational companies. 

• Proven experience in Asia sourcing, product development, and supplier management, with exposure to suppliers in Europe and North America.

• Highly organized and data-driven with strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in an evolving international environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams
