Senior Manager, Analytics - Europe Remote

What You Will Do:


In Omnichannel Analytics, we use data from across the organization to support decision making for marketing and digital product optimization. We are looking for a strong people leader to manage the growth, retention and acquisition of our 10 (and growing) data product analysts.

  • Mentor, support and grow our current analysts. Own the management of our analysts by leveraging our existing HR frameworks including 9 box, talent cards, training budgets, performance reviews, promo boards, market adjustments and spot bonuses.
  • Hire the next generation of talent. Identify hiring opportunities in our data product teams, create long-lasting pipelines through University and recruiter partnerships, create our hiring narrative and define a global hiring strategy.
  • Join our leadership team. Be the voice of the analysts as we define our long-term vision and short-term initiatives.
  • Challenge our analysts to think customer first. We strive for our analysts to not only be technically excellent, but also fully understand marketing and product development.
  • Foster a community of data analysis excellence. Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in analysis outputs, cross-team collaboration, rotation of team members, ways of working and standard analytical processes.
  • Drive organizational change. Build relationships across DnA and Vista to add context to analysis outputs, guide insight and visualization sharing across the business and promoting an experimentation culture.


Your Qualifications:

  • 8 years experience in analytics with 5+ years in an ecommerce environment.
  • A caring people leader who has run teams of 5+ analysts in the past with a focus on creating a positive and balanced work environment.
  • Good communication skills to present across all levels of the business and engage various audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail and ability to effectively deliver on initiatives supporting multiple business partners.
  • A proactive, resourceful and driven problem solver.
  • Experience working in a global businesses across multiple timezones.


Nice to Have:


  • Proficiency in other programming languages (i.e., Python, R).
  • Exposure to CI/CD concepts or tooling (i.e., Airflow, Git, DBT).
  • Experience with web analytic tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing, Offline Marketing and Customer Journey use cases.
  • Strong background in statistical concepts including testing methodologies.
