Senior Leadership Development & Design Specialist- Temporary contract

Please note that this is a temporary position intended to provide coverage during a medical leave. This role sits in the Talent Development team within the People and Culture function. Our work is to create high quality, engaging resources and experiences to support our global leaders in accelerating their leadership development.

What You Will Do

The Senior Leadership Development and Design Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of leadership development resources and materials. This includes creating engaging content such as videos, online courses, facilitator guides, and workshop materials. The role also involves reviewing and updating existing materials based on performance metrics and feedback to ensure program effectiveness.

• Design and develop comprehensive leadership development programs, including curriculum design, content creation, and delivery methods.

• Create high-quality training materials such as videos, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and presentations.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

• Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

• Review and evaluate existing training materials, identifying areas for improvement and updating content as needed.

• Analyze learning metrics and feedback to measure program effectiveness and find opportunities for enhancement.

• Stay current with industry trends and standard methodologies in leadership development and instructional design.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Proven experience in designing and developing leadership development resources.

• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring and video editing tools (e.g. Veed, Genially, 360Learning).

• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment.
