Vista is building a world-class finance organization and we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join the Central Finance team. This role will support consolidation of the global Vista business, including management reporting and financial planning activities. Through analysis of the results and working across the global finance organization, this person will help understand key performance drivers and share insights with stakeholders. This person will also become a super user of Vista’s managerial financial reporting and planning software and serve as a resource to their colleagues.

What you will do:

Perform management reporting including:

  • Analyzing and interpreting data to understand key drivers and ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborating with global finance network to understand financial results
  • Preparing standardized reports and written analysis to provide insightful analysis for finance leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Partner with other Finance Business teams on monthly performance drivers

Provide support for annual budget and forecasting processes including:

  • Communicating across the global finance organization and corporate stakeholders
  • Creating consolidated reporting
  • Driving process improvements

Assist in longer-range planning including capital allocation process.

Complete ad hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed.

Be a super user of our managerial financial reporting and planning software.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years progressive work experience in FP&A or similar field
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort driving progress independently
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and profitability drivers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
