Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Strategist - Europe Remote

We are looking for an Senior E-Commerce Merchandising Strategist to join our Global Merchandising Experience (MX) team. Reporting into the Ecommerce Merchandising Strategy Manager, but deeply embedded within the cross-functional category team specifically supporting the Business Card category. As we expand our product line and evolve our site capabilities, we need someone passionate about eCommerce that can help deliver a great shopping experience for our customers. 


What You Will Do:


  • You will lead new product launches within the Business Card category as well as optimizations for the category across the site. You will use your deep customer insight and analytics expertise to build and execute great shopping experiences for this category.
  • You will ensure that all site data relating to your category is accurate and reflects market demands, product availability and category strategy.
  • You will partner closely with the Business Card GM (and their team) to deliver Merchandising tasks that aid in the delivery of the Business Card Merchandising Strategy.
  • You will be the strategic lead over an MX squad made up of MX ops, MX production artists, MX designers and MX copy writers. You will partner with key stakeholders to improve, refine and reinforce existing processes within the MX squad.
  • You will support the MX squads by ensuring they have proper resources to complete their work, including removing any impediments or blockers to increase team velocity.
  • You will work to support the Merchandising Strategy Manager in ensuring that global merchandising best practices and priorities are followed and adapted for the Business Cards shopping experience and that lines of communication are kept open between the Merchandising Strategy function and Business Cards cross-functional team and other central functions to ensure productive collaboration.

  • Degree in related field
  • 3+ years’ experience working in an eCommerce or Merchandising related role
  • Experience working with Agile principles and methodologies a plus
  • Knowledge of global and/or matrixed organizations a plus
  • Passionate about the customer experience and visual merchandising
