Data Product Owner - Czechia, Germany, UK, Ireland Remote

At Vista, the Business Performance Monitoring (BPM) team is on a mission to provide enriched transactional data to technical and non-technical team members and key leaders across the entire organization. By bringing together multiple data sources, defining and publishing key metrics, and making data products self-service for users, the BPM team enables the organization to make data-driven decisions to improve both our customers experiences and our company performance.

What You Will Do:

• Driving Value: Facilitate across the three key areas of strategy, execution, and user understanding with the ultimate goal to ensure that data products drive maximum value and impact to the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor various channels for feedback on product performance, striving for continuous improvement in the user experience.
• Manage Product Lifecycle: Establish and align on product requirements with stakeholders, engineers, and analysts. Coordinate the progress of product releases, support plans, and product analytics to ensure a seamless delivery of business value.
• Autonomy and Vision: Operate autonomously with a high degree of ownership. Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional leaders, both technical and non-technical, to establish a shared vision for success. Shape and implement product roadmaps, ensuring progress against a set objectives. Contribute to both short-term goals and the definition of a long-term vision for the Business Performance Monitoring team.

Your Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce company.
• Proven ability to tackle unclear and poorly defined problems – independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of Data Analytics and its application.
• Outstanding collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Strong sense of UI/UX concepts and familiarity with functional tools.
• Proven capability of building solutions and products in an agile development environment – with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience with business performance reporting for organizational leaders.
