PPAG Category Manager - Spain, Remote

Our Team

We are looking for a strategic, customer obsessed and data-driven Category Manager to own and lead a number of key product groups within the Promotional Product, Apparel and Gifts (PPAG) product category. This global role is responsible for driving category growth, optimizing product assortment and delivering a compelling customer experience across our North American and European markets. You will own your product groups end-to-end from product assortment to pricing, merchandising and performance analysis. 

What You Will Do

• Own, define and implement the category strategy to drive revenue growth, new customers, margin expansion, and market share.

• Own, track, analyse and understand key performance metrics for your product groups to identify levers and opportunities to optimize performance and drive growth. 

• Gain a deep understanding of both existing and potential customer needs, the industry, business trends and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy and the value proposition.

• Identify trends in promotional products, custom apparel and gifting to inform assortment decisions, launching and curating a competitive and relevant assortment of customizable products.

• Define and execute the product roadmap, product lifecycle and assortment management, including new product introductions, cost optimizations, discontinuations, as well as quality and service improvement.

• Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sourcing, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Pricing, UX, MX and Marketing teams to develop and deliver a jaw dropping experience and value proposition to our customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a similar field

• 5+ years of related experience in Category or Product management

• Proven track record of managing product categories and delivering growth

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions

• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the promotional products or apparel industries

• Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
