The CARE Operations team at Vistaprint is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting small businesses in their journey. We are the people champions, driving high performance, quality, and engagement by connecting frontline efforts with our company’s broader mission.
What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of CARE professionals to deliver outstanding service aligned with Vista’s Quality Framework

Create a high-trust, psychologically safe environment that encourages open feedback, innovation, and ownership

Support ongoing change by aligning the team with Vista’s strategic goals and facilitating smooth transitions

Partner cross-functionally with Workforce Management, HR, Quality, and Learning teams to meet and exceed performance expectations

Drive employee development through regular 1:1s, development planning, and performance conversations
-
Conduct quality evaluations (e.g. call listening, calibrations) and participate in customer interactions as needed

Take part in recruitment processes, onboarding, and coaching of new hires in partnership with Talent Acquisition

Identify performance gaps, implement solutions, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

Profound experience in a customer service setting

Proven experience leading and developing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting

Comfortable using multiple systems and digital tools, with a demonstrated ability to learn new technologies

Strong understanding of people management principles and organizational chang
Nice to Have

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

Experience with agile teams or in a matrixed organizational structure

Background in change management or leadership development

High comfort level working in a data-informed environment and using performance metrics
