Our Team

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to work with our cross-functional Design Products and Integrations team within the Design Services domain. You and your team are responsible for owning and evolving the design services platform to drive service volume growth, helping customers discover, consider, and convert. We are customer-centric builders and hard-core technologists who bring focused execution to the business vision and product strategy through the Design Services domain, working to create the best design service experience for print.

 

What You Will Do

  • Drive Product Strategy & Discovery: Demonstrate strong product sense and judgment by leading advanced product discovery framing, prototyping, and product-market fit testing. You will conduct quantitative and qualitative research to develop insights on customer needs and goals.
  • Execute with Independence: Own the product requirements and actionable roadmaps for complex opportunities. You will proactively mitigate risks and navigate ambiguity to deliver customer and business value.
  • Influence & Align: Influence the domain's priorities and drive alignment across product and cross-functional senior leaders. You will collaborate closely with other teams within the domain and Vistaprint at large to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Master Technical Complexity: Understand the domain's technology—including benefits, risks, limitations, and opportunities—to consider technical implications in requirements. You will actively raise opportunities to evolve technology capabilities alongside your Engineering partners.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate complex information to diverse audiences of varying levels, using well-crafted artifacts to align partners.
  • Optimize Process & Practice: Proactively find opportunities to improve processes and mechanisms in the domain continually. You will help drive the adoption of the product operating model across the domain while ensuring effective backlog management and agile ceremonies.
  • Grow & Develop: Lead by example in knowledge sharing and mentorship, driving improvements in the domain’s effectiveness. You will significantly contribute to helping to build and maintain a high-performing team.

 

Your Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience with 3+ years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience working on complex and high-quality B2B/B2C customer-facing products, preferably in the e-commerce Domain.
  • Strong sense of UI/UX concepts and familiarity with functional tools.
  • Solid understanding of Data Analytics and its application to product performance.
  • Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills.

 

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Confluence, Jira, Figma, Statsig, Quantum Metric.
