To help achieve this, the Design Services domain is responsible for creating a wide range of easy-to-discover design offerings, guiding customers to the right solutions, and enabling smooth, effective collaboration with designers to help bring their design ideas to life. Our domain also supports the product experience for 99designs by Vista, helping to ensure consistent, successful outcomes across platforms.

What You Will Do

Do you like working across the stack to solve meaningful problems and deliver real impact? As a Full Stack Software Engineer in our Melbourne-based team, you’ll help shape the platform that connects small businesses with professional designers.

·         Develop, test, and deploy code for customer-facing platform components, primarily using React, TypeScript, and Golang, under the guidance of senior engineers.

·         Work on defined engineering problems by translating product requirements into clear, testable code.

·         Learn and follow the team's engineering standards by writing high-quality, testable code and participating constructively in code reviews.

·         Contribute to the full development lifecycle—from understanding technical design to supporting deployment and operations for features.

·         Actively seek mentorship and learning opportunities to grow your skills in tooling, new technologies (including AI), and engineering best practices.

Nice to Haves:

·         Familiarity with foundational web technologies and concepts.

·         Exposure to GraphQL or similar API technologies.

·         Basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and containerization tools like Docker.

·         Experience working with backend in a language like Golang

·         Experience working with frontend technologies such as React and Typescript
