Our Team

Join our ambitious and dedicated team at Vistaprint! Our Customer Manufacturing Escalations (CME) team is committed to delivering outstanding customer value and elevating the overall customer experience. We work collaboratively with our Deer Park manufacturing facility, third-party fulfillers, and customer contact centers to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.

What You Will Do

• Act as the main communication point between CME, Manufacturing, and Blocking issue teams.
• Manage CARE and VCS blocking issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to address mislabeling, complaints, and other investigations.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues by working closely with key collaborators.
• Represent the CME team by resolving production holds and providing follow-up actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ownership within the team.
• Maintain accurate communication with third-party fulfillers for order-related issues.
• Uphold performance benchmarks and strive to improve customer happiness indicators.

Your Qualifications

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proven history in clear and concise reporting.
• Familiarity with processes for managing blocking issues and handling customer concerns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in using Google Workspace.
• Experience with process fulfillment and reporting.
• Ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and understandable manner.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to self-improvement and professional growth.
• Curiosity-led attitude towards problem-solving.
