Affiliate Manager, EMEA, UK remote

Our Team: 

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join Vistaprint's Global Marketing Team. As a part of the Affiliate Marketing team, you will work to acquire new customers and optimize repeat buyers by engaging partners around the globe to promote Vistaprint’s products and offerings. In this role, you will be tasked with growing the affiliate and performance partnerships program in EMEA by collaborating with cross functional colleagues and guiding a small team of marketers and agency partners.

What You Will Do: 

• Oversee the EMEA affiliate marketing channel comprehensively.
• Develop and implement robust affiliate channel strategies, presenting insights to key stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, report, and optimize programs to inform stakeholders and efficiently scale growth, including testing new partners and incentives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to implement strategies aligned with business needs and make investment decisions.
• Regularly analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance using data and analytics tools, optimizing campaigns based on insights.
• Develop forecasting models and manage EMEA budget to ensure accurate spending and pacing, including assisting with monthly billing and invoice reconciliation.
• Manage agency partners and 1 direct report, ensuring high standards in task completion

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate and partnership marketing, including at least 3 years in managing teams and developing talent.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated by a history of fostering strong relationships with publishers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in measurement and adept at various attribution models.
• Detail-oriented with a keen sense of curiosity and strong critical thinking abilities.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets, adept at handling extensive datasets from multiple sources such as Impact, Looker, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and collaboration skills, capable of thriving independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to Have: 

• Established relationships within the EMEA affiliate industry and experience implementing large 1:1 performance partnerships
• Familiarity with utilizing the Impact Platform.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with extensive, cross-functional teams distributed globally.
• Skilled in advanced forecasting and conducting complex analyses.
