What You Will Do:

  • Define, design, and test experiences in the Care space while keeping the overall customer journey top of mind.
  • Be deeply involved at every stage of the design process—from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration—creating high-quality user flows, wireframes, pixel perfect designs, and prototypes, of your own hand or at times by advising more junior designers.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational mentorship on product direction, and new concept validation.
  • Lead presentations to team and cross-functional partners with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Ensure cohesiveness with the Vista design system and marketing brand guidelines.
  • Share and evangelize user-centered design methods across Vista.

 

Your Qualifications:

  • 6 - 8+ years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered, and innovative design solutions with clear rationale and measurable outcomes for users and the business.
  • Ability to move between high-level and detailed design, and between future concepting and near term implementation.
  • Shown experience collaborating, and building strong cross-functional relationships with, designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to encourage simple design solutions and decisions to complex consumer and business problems.
  • Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences, and accept and interpret feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Passion for design trends, tools, processes, and methodologies, and a willingness to learn and share new insights with the team.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or Sketch to build high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.

 

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant degree in field of Design or HCI.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams, and/or in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience designing across responsive web and native mobile platforms, as well as within large-scale digital ecosystems.
