Lead Quality Engineer - Ukraine, Remote

Our Team

You’ll be joining a close-knit, cross-functional team building VistaCreate — a powerful and easy-to-use online design editor for marketing and creative needs. We work in Agile, care about clean code, value initiative, and collaborate to create a product used by millions of people around the world every day

What You Will Do

• Requirements analysis
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual QA engineers to define test strategies and coverage
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high test coverage, code quality, and effective defect reportin
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to other QA engineers.
• Investigate test failures, triage bugs, and provide detailed reproducibility steps
• Test documentation support on a regular basis 

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, with strong hands-on expertise
• Experience with test automation tools/frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, TestNG, or similar
• Strong understanding of API testing (e.g., REST, GraphQL) using tools like Postman or REST-assured
• Experience working in CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Solid knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience writing clear and effective test cases and bug reports 

Nice to Have

• Experience with performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling)
• Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Sentry)
• Previous work in high-load or distributed systems
• Experience with security testing and vulnerability detectio
