Our Team
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-centric HR Operations Specialist to support our Ukraine team. This role combines HR operations with employee experience initiatives. You will manage day-to-day HR processes and data, support employees across the HR lifecycle, and contribute to building a supportive and engaging workplace environment in close collaboration with senior HR colleagues.
What You Will Do
HR Operations & Systems
- Maintain and manage employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Prepare regular HR reports and support basic data analysis for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with the payroll team on salary, bonus, allowance, and contractor payments
- Manage HR documentation and data changes related to employees and contractors
- Support updates and implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines for Ukraine
Employee Experience
- Support onboarding processes, including HRIS setup, documentation, and equipment coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and provide guidance on standard cases
- Support employee benefits programs, including the English language learning initiative
- Plan and coordinate team events, engagement initiatives, and cultural activities
- Ensure timely communication of HR updates and initiatives to the Ukraine team
- Coordinate ordering of merchandise and employee gifts

- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a related role
- Understanding of HR documentation and administrative processes
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
- Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with an HRIS
- Familiarity with employment compliance and documentation in Ukraine
- Experience with vendor coordination and event logistics
