E-Commerce Merchandising Manager - Europe Remote

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our Merchandising Experience team to lead a team of merchandising specialist who support the merchandising strategies of cross-functional category and/or market teams.   We need someone passionate about eCommerce and creating great experiences to solve customer problems. 


What You Will Do:


  • You will lead a team of Merchandising Strategy (MX) specialists who are embedded within cross-functional category and/or market teams.
  • You will be part of the Merchandising Strategy leadership team, partnering with mangers from North America and Product Merchandising to share strategies and best practices
  • Act as a coach and resource for your team as they build knowledge and empathy for their local customer and collaborate with their teams to find solutions to customer pain points
  • Evangelize the use of data across your team, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to make data driven decisions and understand current customer pain points across their domain
  • You will act as a thought partner to our Marketing and/or Category General Managers, to ensure the site experiences your team supports are leading with merchandising best practices, and pushing the boundaries for innovation
  • Partner with the site experience organization to provide feedback on current site features and advocate for new functionality to help enhance the customer experience

  • 5+ years of experience working in an eCommerce field (Merchandising a plus), including experience managing a team
  • Experience working with Agile principles and methodologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure that clear expectations are set and the teams will remain focused on driving value
  • Skilled in eCommerce analytics and tracking data, using this to fuel decision making
  • Knowledge of global markets across North America and Europe
  • Ability to thrive and find resolution in a dynamic, fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
