About The Role
Play a key role within the People team in Australia by business partnering with the Snr Operations Manager at the Vista ANZS Manufacturing site driving the end-to-end people experience (workforce planning including the management of a causal talent pool & permanent talent, recruitment, on-boarding, L&D, and engagement activities of all manufacturing production team members).
This is a newly created, full time, hybrid role working at our Vista Manufacturing site based in Derrimut (west of Melbourne) required on site presence of at least 4 days per week, with a high level of flexibility.
What You Will Be Doing
Business Partnering with the Snr Operations Manager on all things people related:

- Talent Management - lead the strategy on managing the development of our manufacturing production team including training & development, talent reviews & succession planning at all levels relating to the production team
- Recruitment: lead the strategy on talent acquisition relating to production/manufacturing team (permanent & casual)
- Manage the casual talent pool - including recruitment and supporting with workforce planning & budget management
- Learning & Development - lead the strategy to best training & develop our production & manufacturing team members; coach & support supervisors as needed
- ER/IR: coach & support supervisors and department leaders on all production/manufacturing team related performance and conduct matters
- Enterprise Agreement: coach & support supervisors & team members on the Vista Enterprise Agreement and application of its clauses
- Team Experience & Engagement: supporting to drive continuous improvement when it comes to team experience & satisfaction
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing partnering with the Snr Ops Manager & Safety Lead to provide the support for our production/manufacturing team members.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: partnering with the wider business to support and drive the DEI strategy and initiatives, especially localising it to suit the team in production/manufacturing
- People Projects: Collaborate with the wider People team in Australia on all people related projects as necessary
What You Will Bring
- Degree in HR, Business or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end HR & Recruitment, including workforce planning
- Strong understanding of FairWork Legislation & experience in managing Employment Relations matters
- Strong ability to understand, apply & coach on Enterprise Agreements
- Experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment is a strong plus
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
- Proficient with Microsoft office Word, Excel
