We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Electrician who is flexibile to work across shifts (starting on day shift then moving to night shift until further notice).

Your New Role
This is a newly created role that aims to deliver uptime performance and provide operational maintenance of electrical and electronic systems. 

• Provides maintenance support for all production and utilities machinery to ensure continued uptime and efficient production
• Carries out scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks
• Performs trouble shooting and breakdown resolution, both autonomously and in a team
• Assists in the implementation of new projects
• Proactively looks for opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance.

This is an on site role based at our Manufacturing plant in Derrimut (west of Melbourne).

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Licensed A Grade Electrician
• Recognised trade certificate in a relevant electrical/electronic trade
• Advanced degree or additional certification in process control a plus
  A mechanical aptitude and willingness to complete some mechanical maintenance activities (with training and support)
• Lean training and experience preferred (Yellow Belt, Kaizen, Green Belt, Black Belt) 
• Worked or supervised electrical, electronics and process control maintenance
• Installations experience
