In order to continue developing our teams and organization, we are looking for a high energy and passionate HR leader, with experience of leading large-scale transformation programs, and a proven track record in building and implementing systems, frameworks and processes across the full HR spectrum. This role would also include leading the strategic business human resources partnership for our Global CARE organization and working closely with senior leaders to align their organization, leadership and talent to business objectives to drive high-levels of team engagement. This position reports to the SVP, Global Customer Value and is matrixed into the global HR organization.


What You Will Do:


  • Advise our SVP of Global Customer Value to define and execute the people strategy across the CARE organization
  • As part of the CARE Leadership team, proactively drive organizational change, decision making around people, talent and organizational effectiveness providing data-driven business solutions 
  • Strategically lead a team of experienced local HR country leads and centralized HR project managers to execute and drive results, to build the systems, infrastructure and automation needed to deliver a high impact talent and organizational people agenda
  • Partner with senior leaders and their teams to lead long-term organization and workforce planning, helping the team scale the organizational structure to support our customers, line of business and company growth
  • Collaborate with Vista global  HR teams to deploy company-wide initiatives including Talent Management, Compensation, Organizational Development, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement
  • Advise, coach and mentor business leaders throughout the organization with a focus on leadership development and coaching
  • Work with the Global CARE Leadership Team to maintain and develop high-performance culture, driving a high level of engagement throughout the organization and ensure core values are embedded throughout the organization
  • Partner, consult, and advise senior leaders on talent and people topics including compensation, retention, performance, and talent development
  • Drive Global CARE talent management and performance frameworks ensuring action plans are in place at organizational level (i.e. succession plans)


Your Qualifications:


  • 10+ years of experience in global HR leadership roles, preferable front-line customer support organizations
  • Bachelor’s Degree, major in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, or another related field
  • Functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Employee Experience, Talent Management, Performance Management and Compensation
  • Demonstrated experience leading global programs/initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture in a dynamic and complex business environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing business and customer needs while adapting messaging appropriately for a broad range of audiences in a highly autonomous and fast paced environment
  • Human Resources Professional Certification (i.e. SPHR, CIPD)
