What You Will Do:

  • Earn trust of your assigned partners and operate as the primary point of contact for all requests
  • Proactively built growth/upselling strategies and pitch innovative solutions to outstanding partners to cover all seasonal and ongoing print and design needs.
  • Take over ownership for the timely and successful delivery of internal and external initiatives always putting the customer in the center of your decisions.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, review sales reports to resolve and influence account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Optimally handle blocking issues and difficult conversations independently, demonstrating central teams and management if/when vital to resolve issues.
  • Investigate financials and use cross functional teams to assist with incremental growth potential.


Your Qualifications:

  • +5 years of consultative selling, professional presentation and account management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in German and English language
  • Shown success selling solutions to C level executives, establishing and maintaining rapport with our customers
  • Strong communication skills and IT proficiency
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple sophisticated projects
  • Ability to thrive with minimal mentorship, be proactive, and handle uncertainty


Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a multi-channel customer service environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of Business Solutions and Salesforce
  • Proficiency in more than one language is recommended but not required (especially Italian and/or French)
