The Site & Marketing Automation team provides the software products and infrastructure that enables business users to create personalized, relevant, and tailored customer experiences and offers. To the Vista customer, we provide personalized content across multiple marketing channels, thus enabling customer acquisition and retention. We offer a collection of self-service tools, platforms and data that allows business stakeholders to create different and relevant campaigns for our customers.
What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for supporting ongoing initiatives and work requests by implementing existing software capabilities, working with the business to drive work to completion, and providing feedback through partnered teams to improve processes and tooling. You will be on a self-organizing team that supports multiple projects with varying solutions. The best candidate for this role is a motivated self-starter who thrives on learning as they go. The focus of this role will be supporting the Site & Marketing Automation team at Vistaprint.

- Work with the business and developers to understand production requirements; document and support the technology platform.
- Triage and diagnosis of production issues to either resolution or escalation to development squad.
- Create and curate documentation for end users, other engineers, and business owners.
- Ensure platform health – handle administrative tasks, monitor performance, resolve data consistency issues, perform needed maintenance.
- Support our customers and end users – answer their questions, work alongside them to investigate and resolve issues and assist them with completing their work.
Your Skills:
- Comfortable working with non-technical partners and customers – great communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills—specifically, understand prioritization and ensure that time is spent delivering the most valuable items.
- Able to improve and revamp processes as well as provide feedback regarding existing processes, tooling, and solutions.
- Experience in cloud-based services/platforms
- Fast learner - learn systems and technologies very quickly.
- Ability to adapt and take on new responsibilities as well as always look for how to improve on the existing “way we do things”.
- Familiar with JavaScript, Python, or other comparable scripting languages
- Familiar with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS, handlebars
- Ability to perform both as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
- Passion for support and general helpfulness.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Git, or other source control technologies
- Experience with marketing automation technologies
- Experience with creative production processes and tooling
- Knowledge of, and ability to, work with relational databases and SQL.
